1 The 14-Day Conditional Guarantee

We offer a conditional 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. To be eligible for a full refund, both of the following conditions must be strictly met and verified by our system:

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us or after being rightfully denied a refund based on these Terms, your account will be immediately and permanently suspended. We treat fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will aggressively contest them by submitting your course consumption analytics, IP address records, and your agreement to this Refund Policy directly to your bank.
